Pilot terms. Clicked is an invite-only pilot. These terms describe how the service works today; a counsel-reviewed version will replace them before public launch.
Clicked connects music promoters with video creators. Promoters publish campaigns for a song; creators claim a slot and post a short video using that song on their own social accounts (TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Participation is voluntary and per campaign — there is no obligation to take part in any campaign, no exclusivity, and no working-time requirement.
Access is invite-only. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself. One person may hold one account; one social account can vouch for only one creator profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, attempt fraud, or manipulate metrics.
Each campaign states its own rules before you claim a slot: the posting window, the sound requirement, and — where a fixed reward applies — the exact rate, frozen when you claim. A delivery qualifies for its reward when it meets the stated, objective conditions (posted in the window, campaign sound attached, still live, approved by the campaign operator). Artificially inflated metrics (bought views, bot engagement) disqualify a delivery and may end your account.
During the pilot, payouts are not yet enabled; qualifying rewards are recorded and become payable once payouts launch. Reach, views or ranking never create a payment claim by themselves.
Videos you create stay yours and are posted on your own social accounts under those platforms’ terms. You grant the campaign owner and the platform the right to view, embed and share links to your posted campaign videos for campaign reporting and promotion. You must have the rights to everything you upload and must follow the campaign brief and applicable law.
Optionally, you can connect your TikTok or YouTube account to prove it is yours. We request read-only access, never posting rights, and you can disconnect at any time in your profile. Details in the Privacy Notice.
The pilot is provided as-is, without guarantees of availability or of campaign outcomes. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and — for slight negligence — only for the breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
We may update these terms as the pilot evolves; material changes are announced in the app, and continued use after the notice means acceptance. You can delete your account at any time; data handling on deletion is described in the Privacy Notice.
